User Experience designer and developer creating emails, push and sms notifications, and campaign-level web pages for and in tandem with the Eno AI Content teams. I consult with the client on ways to realize their intent while staying within (and working around) the limitations of digital messaging systems, with an eye for clean design, brand standards, and intuitive UX.
Card Aquisitions (2016-2019):
As the Digital Designer dedicated to the Card Aquisitions agile lane, I worked in a design production and consultant capacity in order to design and develop responsive creatives for high-volume, digital distribution.
Card Customer Management (2015-2016):
Digital designer/developer dedicated to card customer management lanes. I utilized HTML and CSS to develop responsive creatives for high-volume digital distribution, took static concepts to create functional responsive designs with a basis in mobile UX, utilized vendor capabilities to create more efficient / personalized designs, and worked with lanes to code new, non-standard template styles which functioned across clients.
2014 – 2015
Visual & Interaction Designer
MoneyGuidePro (PIEtech, Inc.)
I was part of a small marketing team at PIEtech in charge of all branding and visual components of the brand, including marketing collateral, app look-and-feel, etc. Some of the projects I worked on included:
UX Prototyping: worked with lead designer to prototype user experience for new web app
Company Rebranding: worked with design team to create new collateral for a company rebrand. Included brochures, responsive emails, internal landing pages, etc.
Sales Marketing: created handouts, infographics, collateral, and DM mailers to be used by Sales team for client acquisition and general marketing
CRM Conversion: designed and coded HTML forms, landing pages, and email campaigns to fit new branding and function in new company CRM. All forms, pages, and emails were coded to bring company in line with responsive standards.

As the on-site contact for Card Production teams, I managed the design portion of campaigns working in tandem with project managers, copywriters, and brand managers. Duties included designing and coding responsive email creatives, working directly with vendors, and consulting on current best practices.
2010 – 2011
Web Content Manager
I was part of a small consulting team in charge of migrating the content of the main Capital One website to a new CMS platform. As a web content manager, my role primarily consisted of designing banner and callout-images for content pages, as well as updating and fixing the HTML in those pages. I also created new content when necessary.
2008 – 2010
Capital One (Brand Strategy)
As a designer working in the department of Brand Strategy & Governance, I designed and maintained manuals for Brand Standards at Capital One (notably for roll-out of Capital One House Style refresh), coded newsletters, websites, and wikis for internal use, and designed icons, banners, logos, and templates for internal use
Designer / Illustrator
Working with Evergreen, I illustrated garden flag designs and prepared them for production with the overseas vendor, created mockups for garden stone designs, and designed dinnerware sets created in collaboration with partnered licensed artists.
Ocean County Libraries
I designed posters for various events at the library’s 20 branches across New Jersey, while working with production staff to prepare files for printing.
YMCA of Greater Richmond
As marketing designer, I created certificates, banners, brochures, postcards, etc. for the 14 branches of the Richmond Area YMCA. I also prepared and worked with a local printer to execute proofing and final printing.
