The goal of this campaign was to send customers a follow up chaser via email after they had already received direct mail offers for one of 4 branded cards. Specifically being targeted here were heavy spenders who did not yet have a Capital One credit card. Based on research, we were reaching out to customers who display optimism & confidence, are doing well for themselves but don’t always have free time (using credit cards as tools for convenience), and take time to make the best decisions for themselves.
